We ship worldwide, excluding the United Kingdom, USA, and Austria. Please make sure the products you choose are legal in your country before ordering. We cannot be held responsible. Always stick to the law when ordering.

We ship from the Netherlands.

Yes, we offer tracked shipping to any countries we ship to. Tracked shipping is always an option.
Yes. Both Airmail and UPS cost the same to any address in the Netherlands. You will not be charged extra for upgrading from Airmail to UPS. We always suggest upgrading to UPS by choosing ‘UPS’ at checkout. If you do not choose ‘UPS’ your order will be shipped untracked. Once an order is shipped, it is shipped and we can no longer upgrade your shipping method.
We use plain and discreet packaging with no reference on the outside of the packaging. Everything is sent as a letter or as a liquid sample.
BTC, ETH, LTC, Direct Bank Transfer, Western Union. We always recommend Cryptocurrency.
No. Due to the nature of the products being in liquid form, free samples are not possible.

This depends on the service. Our shipping page has more info but for rough guides use the following estimates:

  • €4.99- Airmail. Untracked, uninsured, no reship. Up to 25 working days.
  • €16.99- UPS standard, tracked, up to 3 working days (€14.99 to DE) ONLY for within the EU.
  • €22.99- POSTNLTRACKED- tracked, uninsured, no reship. ships twice a week. Delivery time varies.

These are estimates. Please be patient, there is nothing we can do to speed up customs or shipping once sent.

Bank transfer and Western Union payments can take up to 5 working days. Crypto payments are instant but can take a day to administrate. Thank you for your patience! Payments received before 12.30pm go out same day. Your order will generally be shipped within 1 business days of us receiving payment.

Bitcoin payments are through Cryptoqo, a payment window shows the amount, address or QR code to pay direct. For Ethereum and Litecoin the address is provided to you at checkout, please use preev.com to calculate the cost in Euros. Please pay the correct amount immediately after placing your order, underpayments will go on hold. Send transaction ID (long code) to [email protected] when you’ve sent the funds.

If you have chosen a tracked and insured shipping option, your order will be reshipped if it has not arrived three weeks after shipping, unless it has been seized by customs. Your order will not be reshipped if it was shipped by Airmail or POSTNL tracked. These services are at your own risk.

If you have not received a confirmation email then please check your spam box. If you still have not received it then it may not go out until your payment has been confirmed.

Your tracking number will be located in your shipment/order email, this may land in your spam folder. Depending on the volume of order, trackers may not be updated until the following morning.

Your package can be tracked online using the tracking number provided to you via email.

You can send us an email using our contact form. Our customer support team is available from Monday-Friday and will get back to you as soon as they can. Please be patient and trust that your email is waiting in a queue and will be auctioned ASAP.
